"Sandcastle blanket...."

                                                               Sandcastles!

That was the first thing I thought of when Tricia started making this little set.  The color reminds me of the sand when it's all packed tightly into the brightly colored plastic pails...

Rather than scoops of sand in pails, she created this little blankie with scoops of sheepish by Caron.  Colors are Taupe(ish) and Robin Egg(ish). Hook was a 5mm.

Can't you just see the ocean when looking at the shell design?  Soooo pretty!
Hat was a free pattern over at "Busy Mom Designs".   Simple modification of a single crochet row at the bottom edge rather than double crochet.  Add the  button and it's all ready for a windy day at the beach.

I found these cuties on Ravelry here. Wouldn't they look adorable tucked in with this set for a special baby....
The little pink guy is FREE and the seahorse pattern can be purchased on Ravelry.

Hope everyone has sweet sandcastle dreams.....
